Storage Checklist
Ten minutes of preparation protects months of storage. Work through this list before our crew arrives and everything comes back exactly as it left.

Plan the load
- Walk through each room and list what's going into storage
- Photograph valuable items and note their condition
- Use up perishables and empty fridges and freezers
- Confirm your collection date and access details with our team

- Defrost fridge and freezer 248220“48 hours ahead; dry thoroughly
- Wash and fully dry laundry, linens and upholstery
- Disassemble what you can — keep screws and fittings in labelled bags taped to frames

- Seal liquids and toiletries in zip bags
Collection day
Before the crew arrives
- Group items by room for fast, organised loading
- Keep essentials aside — documents, chargers, daily items
- Have parking and access ready (lift bookings, gate codes)
- Be available to confirm the inventory as items are listed
While in storage
Stay in control
- Keep your digital inventory link safe — it's your record
- Request partial retrievals anytime; you don't need to wait for everything
- Update us if your return date changes
