Standard cover
Loss, damage and theft while items are in our storage facility.
Limits
Default liability limits apply per storage booking; uplifts are available on request.
Exclusions
Pre-existing damage, undeclared high-value items, inherent vice (e.g. perishables) and war risks.
Claims
Notify us within 7 days of discovery with photographs and your booking reference. We handle the insurer interaction end-to-end.
