Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Ready One Storage services. By booking storage with us, you agree to the conditions below. This page is maintained by Ready One Storage and is not a substitute for the signed service agreement covering enterprise contracts.
Scope of service
We provide secure storage, collection, delivery and related handling services as agreed in your signed quote or service agreement.
Booking & cancellation
Storage bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled collection at no charge. Late cancellations incur a 25% fee.
Liability
Liability is capped per consignment as specified in your service agreement and is supplemented by our Goods in Transit insurance.
Acceptable cargo
We do not store illegal goods, undeclared hazardous materials, live animals, or cash.
